I am neither a 'stupid nor ignorant person'. I am a person though that when shopping for a product either in store or on-line like to be treated like a valued customer.

I have last weekend purchased a new Panasonic LCD TV form Currys On-line and found the person on the other end of the phone most polite and curtious. The TV has been delivered today and I am delighted with everything from the MOST competitive price of the TV to the prompt delivery service. Well done Currys I say..
