A review of The Orange Shop by John Donegan written on Monday 21st of October 2013
On Saturday my phone said failed I do pay monthly and was amazed ring the local shop to be informed that 'I HAD TO GO THERE' as I was waiting for family to arrive I said that I could not. They gave me a number to ring as my email address had also failed, after some time when I was told a few times that Orange was the best service on the planet, some joke? the girl who I spoke to said a replacement was needed and the website did not function as I had used my phone number as name, this is the way Orange set it up! I was then put in touch with another person who got me to take the phone apart clean it and put it together again, all it needed. My email was shut down and I would be sent a new set up. Monday morning 10.30 still waiting nothing from Orange, best in the world? I fear not! John .
