A review of Jobcentre Plus by Terry Whitehead written on Wednesday 31st of March 2004
They have a customer service target of answering all calls within 4 rings. They failed miserably. Now they simply don't answer the phone, that way the call isn't registered, nor is their falure to meet the 4 ring targets so now they meet their customer service target and get congratulated for improved customer service. It's a mad world..
