"Why discontinue the Petite range?"

Why on earth discontinue the M&S Petite range - are you trying to send us to other stores, ie Principles, Next, Wallis etc etc? I know we can order online but this isn't the same as going into the store and actually seeing and trying on?

I would have thought in this day and age you would have been trying to retain your customers, not send them elsewhere.
