"Change that expensive phone number ..."

As has been said by other reviewers, having an expensive 'preferred service' phone number is not on.

Another thing I don't understand is the appointments system. They have call on day, sit and wait appointment slots but it is really hard to just book a regular appointment. Something may not be urgent but one should not have to wait around 10 days for a non urgent appointment.

The probable reason is that there are too many patients on the books..
