"Not taking the problem serious"

Very bad services , long waiting time , i have a knee problem for 7 months , nothing is getting solved for 7 months ! i had to make a MRI scan by myself at private and it turns out that i have broken cartilidge, now i have problem with my other knee also because i had to force it , i'm very disappointed and pissed of how they deal with my health and all situation.
