"Another stranding customer"

We specifically asked when the last bus was back to Comberton and was told 7:30pm. We paid for our return and to Cambridge and ended up stranded like many others. We later checked twitter and found a full hour before we paid for the return, the service had been cancelled. Had to get a taxi home and lose the return price. Making profit from incompetence..
