"Abandoned customers!!"

Went for the 15.20 from Huntingdon to St Neots to find it was cancelled at short notice. Went for the 16.30 to find it was cancelled at short notice. Waited until 17.45 which did turn up. I have tried to use the 15.20 several times to discover it was cancelled. A very poor service exacerbated by a lack of fore warning. The 'My bus Trip' from CCC was little use. Whippet should not take on the contract if they can't fulfil their obligations. I waited 2hrs and 25 mins living in hope. Do Whippet not care about customer service? Is no one in charge and monitoring the routes?
