"What is the point"

Yet again Whippet fail to run the last bus from St Neots to Bourn . There are NO buses through Bourn at all apart from service 18 and yet they don't bother running the rural routes .why can't they cancel some of the U services to ensure that people who live or work outside the city can get to and from work ? I am now going to have to pay £20+ to get home from work yet again . You contact Whippet and they don't answer emails or phone next step is to contact the council me thinks ?.
