"I'll second the disagreement over Red House!"

I'm from Australia, this is my first NHS experience in the UK and I cannot say a bad word - oh, other than, don't miss your appointment time or else they will make you wait til the end of the period, whether that be before lunch or end of day - but serves you right for being late! This practice has been nothing but thorough and professional in my opinion!
