"Pensioners need to get a grip"

Really good that they put on a service from Stowmarket. However it states you cannot purchase tickets on the day of travel or from the driver you are then charged an extra £2 booking fee by the Tourist board. It also says if you book in advance you get the price of a return for the price of a single?????

Was full of pensioners who only have to pay the £2 booking fee and God help you if you sit in 'their' seat even though you have paid full price. They push to get to the front of the queue.

The bus was 30 minutes late was just going to leave when it arrived.

Overall though I am really pleased to have this service and be able to get out as a non driver..
